There once was a potato in Arizona that was a zoo keeper. The potato loved animals at the zoo it worked from day to night and from night to day.one night while working with the animals the potato near a noise and got scared. On accident he dropped his flashlight and ran into a door but it was very dark so he couldn’t see where he was. So he began to look for the light switch but he only startled the animal which was the elephant the elephant stopped and stopped leaving the potato being mashed.

Life on my abandoned island is lonely. I live on an abandoned island how I got here is an interesting story. It is the year 6483 a new Cruse opened up it was advertised as it would and couldn’t be sunken. But we all know another boat´ That also advertised that. But yet I went the cruse would last one month from here California it would cruse through Cancun and Colombia. So the date was set and I was so exited. We sailed for many days landing in Cancun. The white beaches were so beautiful the crystal clear water was the coolest thing I have ever seen still preserved for tourists. All was great until I hear this siren it was so loud it made my ears pulse. After a couple of seconds I heard hordes of stomping outside of my door. I looked the boat was sinking soon the water reached my room getting at first to my knees the seconds later it was to my waist. I was running out of my room, to see where the people from earlier were because I didn’t want to be left behind. Soon I realized I was too late I was left behind. I saw a close by island but there where no inhabitants on there. So I had to leave everything because it was already reaching the ocean floor. I swam for about ten minutes to reach the island. At first I sat and waited to see if anyone would come and rescue me . But the hours passed and no one came. I grew hungry, anxious so I decided I was going to look around for anything. Nothing. That day I when to sleep hungry and alone with nothing it look forward too. For two days I didn’t eat. So I tried hunting but failed I tried scavenging but failed nothing worked. After days and days of finding small amounts of food came a hurricane I blacked out once it hit me.I woke not far from the island then people found me. Took me somewhere and I saw a big white light from the sky.

“We all must face the choice between what is right and what is easy.” – Albus Dumbledore. This quote means to me that in life I can either choose to work hard and live good or choose to cheat your way through and make nothing. How I can relate to this is because sometimes I procrastinate and choose to do things the right way as in turning my work in on time. Another way I can relate to this is by skins in that if I put my best potential in my work I can do great things and I can also choose not to.

This month I read Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone by JK Rowling. This story is about an orphan boy who is not cared for by his care takers. Who are his aunt and uncle. They have a son of their own who have spoiled him rotten. Harry one day gets a letter telling him that he was selected to go to Hogwarts the school of witchcraft and wizardry. There he meats the Weasley’s. Ron,Fred,Gorege,and Ginny and obviously his parents Moly and Aurther. The second person Harry meets while on his trip to Hogwarts is Hermione Granger. While going to school Harry makes an enemy his name is Draco Malfoy. Some of the teachers he got in his first year were, professor Severus Snape, professor Minerva MaGonagall ect. The last person is Albus Dumbledore.

I recommend reading this book because it’s all fiction and action filled that will get your curiosity going. For example people riding brooms sticks as transportation or using magical wands to cast spells. The action is when they play a game called quidditch it’s like soccer but on broom sticks and with other fling objects, this is why I recommend reading this book.

My favorite character is Harry Potter. Harry is my favorite because of his ability to work well with others. One of his character traits is determination. A quote that proves this is, “ it was a dream, I dreamed a giant called Hagrid came to tell me I was going to a school for wizards. When I open my eyes I’ll be at home in my cupboard.” (p. 61) this quote proves that Harry is determined in what he does or what he saw.

My favorite quote from the book is, “ it does not do well to dwell on dreams and forget to live, remember that.” (P 214) this is my favorite quote because it has a universal lesson for everyone meaning if you only focus on what you don’t have or what’s not there you will never get to live a life.
